The V7-Marshall Islands DXPedition, scheduled for February 2025, has announced Yannick Hariga (DK1YH) from Germany as its sixth and youngest team member. At 21 years old, Yannick brings enthusiasm and expertise in CW, SSB, FT8, and RTTY, contributing actively to the preparations and on-site operations.
The team has made significant progress, successfully testing equipment and antennas with the support of fellow operators. Logistics are finalized, with flights confirmed and the location secured. A recent team meeting during the Marconi Memorial Contest in Austria allowed further planning and coordination.
